Clore Leadership is a dynamic and inclusive resource for leaders and aspiring leaders in the arts, culture and creative sectors. The organisation’s aim is to inspire and equip leaders to have a positive impact on society through great leadership of culture. They provide leadership development programmes, promote thought leadership and fresh ideas through debate and challenge, and offer access to an incredible network of leaders.
Clore Leadership were looking to commission a bold, iconic and beautiful visual identity that would better reflect the brand, values and new strategic direction. Workshops and stakeholder interviews revealed that key to the organisation is that it is a supportive foundation, and a platform for change. This idea became the inspiration for the new identity, with the wordmark containing shape creating a graphic platform.
There was also a requirement to better reflect the organisation being a responsive and dynamic space where arts, culture and creative sectors meet, and not just a Leadership programme. This was supported through creating a flexible logo system, which moves across the various touchpoints, cutting through and inhabiting powerful, emotive cultural imagery.
A website was also designed and built that would better serve the 1,700+ Clore Leaders and 360+ Clore Leadership Fellows from across the arts, culture and creative industries.
